Sharon L. Krause, 75, of Saxonburg, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the Seasons of Saxonburg.

Born April 3, 1948, in Uniontown, Pa., she was the daughter of Mamie Bowman.

Sharon worked as a nursing assistant for Saxony Health Center, retiring in 1998. She enjoyed gardening, music and especially spending time with her family.

Surviving are her children, Bill Lowry of Freeport, Dana (Jeff) Hull of Uniontown, Delisa (Jim) Longdon of Sebastian, Fla., and Ken (Tanya) Krause of Suwanee, Ga.; nine grandchildren, Maranda, Jeff, Jessica, Meghan, Josh, Zach, Chase, Kyle and Kaitlyn; and five great-grandchildren, Desmond, Jace, Braylon, Lane and Ella.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Krause, on Feb. 16, 2008; her mother, Mamie Bowman; and one brother, Michael Bowman.

Sharon's family would like to thank Seasons of Saxonburg and Monarch Hospice for the wonderful care they gave our mom.

KRAUSE — Friends of Sharon L. Krause, who died Thursday, March 28, 2024, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at FOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg.

Services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Dennis Kozora officiating.

Interment will follow in Saxonburg Memorial Church Cemetery.
