Next week: ‘Alter Eagle’ shares county-level perspective on addiction
“Alter Eagle,” an original Butler Eagle podcast, will release a new episode Monday, April 8, taking a look at addiction and recovery countywide.
The podcast currently features 11 episodes exploring addiction and recovery in Butler County — as well as four bonus episodes as part of a miniseries highlighting Butler County issues on Capitol Hill. New episodes release every Monday and are available at alter-eagle.com as well as on major streaming platforms, such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
The podcast’s 12th episode will share a bird’s-eye view of recovery in the county — featuring Butler County Commissioner Kevin Boozel, District Attorney Richard Goldinger and Donna Jenereski, director of Butler County’s Drug and Alcohol Programs.
Alongside host Laura Crago, Eagle podcast producer, the group will discuss the county’s Law Enforcement Treatment Initiative, or LETI, and countywide budgeting and resources, as well as their individual perspectives on addiction in the community.
