William Scott Ferguson, 91, of Cheswick died Friday at home surrounded by his loving family.

He was born Sept. 21, 1924 in Emlenton to the late Archie W. and Leota Briggs Ferguson.

He is survived by his wife, Helen O. Palm Ferguson of 71 years; three daughters, Sandra (Bruce) Croyle of Kittanning, Bonnie Leake of Cheswick and Debbie (Thomas) Coachman of Beaver Falls; a son, William Scott Ferguson Jr. of Cheswick; six grandchildren, Bill, Sandy, Bonnie, Jason, Scott and Lori; and seven great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kaitlyn, Jayla, Braeden, Parker, Alexandra and Alivia.

He is also survived by his two beloved dogs, Mickey and Minnie.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and a sister.
