Ronald E. Hoblack

Ronald Edward Hoblack, 59, an 11-year resident of Mandeville, La., died Saturday.

Born in Munhall, he was the son of the late John and Mary Sebes Hoblack.

He was a member of the Hosanna Lutheran Church in Mandeville.

Mr. Hoblack was a graduate of Penn State University and was employed by Chemtura, formerly Crompton/Witco, for almost 30 years. Most recently, he was director of operations for its plants in Taft, La., Bay Minette, Ala., and Marshall, Texas.

He was the beloved husband of Donna Marie Burns Hoblack; father of Jason, John and Mindy Hoblack and Nicole Bednez; and grandfather of Bethany Bednez. A brother, John Hoblack also survives.

HOBLACK - Friends of Ronald Edward Hoblack, who died Saturday, Aug. 20, 2005, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at E.J. FIELDING FUNERAL HOME, 2260 W. 21st Ave., Covington, La. Services will follow at 1 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home chapel.
