James C. Winters

James C. Winters, 82, of Penn Township died Saturday at his home.

Born Aug. 1, 1929, in Butler, he was a son of the late Frank E. and Margaret (Lavery) Winters.

He owned and operated James Winters Auto Wrecking in Penn Township since 1952.

Jim was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler.

Surviving are many nieces, nephews and cousins.

As the last surviving member of his family, he was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters.

<B>WINTERS </B>— Friends of James C. Winters, who died Saturday, Oct. 1, 2011, will be received at <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Deacon Mitch Natali of the St. Paul Church will officiate.
