Theresa and James Snyder

James and Theresa Snyder, of Butler, will celebrate 60 years of marriage with a family dinner.

Snyder married the former Theresa Suchonic on May 16, 1964, at St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church in Lyndora.

They have two children, Kim Desmond and Jennifer Snyder, both of Butler.

Snyder retired from CSX Railroad as a clerk.

Mrs. Snyder is retired from the Butler Area School District, where she served as a monitor at Emily Brittain Elementary School.

The Snyders are members of St. Michael the Archangel Ukrainian Catholic Church.
