Pennsylvania American Water crews made emergency repairs to a main line break in Saxonburg on Monday, May 20.

Customers in the area, which included a portion of Dinnerbell Road, Oak Leaf Drive and West Main Street, might have experienced discolored or cloudy water, low water pressure or no water throughout the day while repairs were underway.

Work began at 10 a.m. and was completed around 3 p.m., according to Pennsylvania American.

Customers who have discolored water after the repairs should run the cold water taps at the lowest level of the house for three to five minutes until the water clears.
