The following items have been collected from various police departments and district courts:

May 1 — Sandra J. Teitelbaum, 57, of Mars, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her April 20 on Cranberry Woods Drive. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.137%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 29 — Dawn M. Johnston, 42, of Zelienople, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped her March 29 on Tollgate School Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood alcohol content at 0.242%. In Pennsylvania, the legal limit is 0.08%.

April 29 — Richard R. Singer, 58, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanors terroristic threats, use and possession of drug paraphernalia, simple assault and reckless endangerment. Police said he threatened to shoot someone with a pistol and was found in possession of a small amount of marijuana.

April 26 — Elijah S. Blackburn, 18, of Irwin, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor use and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police said he was found with a grinder containing suspected marijuana.

April 30 — Jesse W. Kretzer, 24, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor DUI after crashing his vehicle March 2 on New Castle Road, Connoquenessing Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

April 29 — Ricky A. Houk, 37, of Butler, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor DUI after police stopped him April 13 on New Castle Road, Butler Township. Police said field sobriety tests showed he was impaired.

April 26 — Dillon L. Swartz, 26, of Transfer, was charged with felonies possession of a prohibited firearm and carrying a firearm without a license. Police said he was found in possession of pistol without a serial number.

April 29 — Louis J. Ferrante, 21, of Wampum, was charged with a misdemeanor for operating a vehicle without ignition interlock on the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
