Man tries to kill bug, crashes vehicle in Washington Township
A Butler man crashed into another vehicle in Washington Township while trying to squish a bug Tuesday, May 21, according to state police.
Jonathan J. Albright, 31, drove into the opposite lane near 2879 Oneida Valley Road around 2:45 p.m. striking another vehicle, police said.
According to police, Albright noticed a bug on him as he was driving his Mitsubishi Eclipse on the road, and when he looked down to kill the bug, his vehicle drifted into the opposite lane and struck a Dodge Ram driven by Charles W. Davis, 35, of Mercer.
Albright and Davis were not injured in the crash, police said.
