William 'Bob' Robert Coleman Sr.
William “Bob” Robert Coleman Sr., 72, of Slippery Rock passed away Sunday at the Grove City Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 8, 1940, in Meadville, and was the son of the late Henry J. and Maxine (Kelly) Reader.
Bob was an avid fisherman and he enjoyed bowling and teaching ceramics. He was a bus driver for Bryan Bus Lines and Laidlaw for 19 years, a manager for Butler and Mars senior centers and a former member of Butler City Crime Watch.
Surviving are his wife, Marilyn (Bender) Coleman, who he married June 18, 1966; a daughter, Kimberly Tebay of Slippery Rock; a son, William “Rob” Coleman of Slippery Rock; and three grandchildren, Tyler, Evie and Hunter Tebay.
COLEMAN — Friends of William “Bob” Robert Coleman Sr., who passed away Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012, will be received at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev.
