Jacqueline M. Walsh, 81, of Timberly Heights in Center Township died Thursday at the Chicora Medical Center.

Born May 21, 1927, in Los Angeles, she was the daughter of John and Marie McKenzie Bartlett.

Mrs. Walsh was a graduate of the Boston University Business College and had formerly worked at the Butler Eagle and at Spang & Co.

She was a homemaker, mother and grandmother and was a member of the St. Paul Roman Catholic Church.

Jacqueline enjoyed golfing and formerly was active at the Grove City Country Club and the Armco Golf Club.

Her husband, F. James Walsh, who she married April 30, 1949, survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Colleen M. Ryan of Butler; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Terri M. Walsh of Titusville; and four grandchildren, J.J. and Andrew Ryan of Butler and Patrick J. Jr. and Lindsey Walsh of Titusville.

A son, Patrick J. Walsh, died April 23, 2005.

<B>WALSH </B>-— There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial for Jacqueline M. Walsh, who died Thursday, May 29, 2008, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. Entombment will follow at the Calvary Mausoleum. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>.The St. Paul Guild and Christian Mothers will recite the rosary at 9:40 a.m. Monday at the church.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
