Woman charged after climbing through window, stealing cereal in Butler

Butler city police charged a woman after she came through the window of someone’s home and ate their cereal, according to documents filed Saturday, May 25.

Tori L. Zaborowski, 31, was charged with felony criminal trespassing and summary public drunkenness after police responded to a reported break in on Eau Claire Street Saturday afternoon.

Police said the homeowner was lying in her room when a woman, later identified as Zaborowski, walked in eating Fruity Pebbles.

The homeowner noticed her kitchen window was open, and after demanding Zaborowski leave, watched her climb back through it, police said.

Zaborowski was located on the back porch of a nearby home, where she was suspected to be under the influence of narcotics, police said.

Zaborowski was placed in Butler County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for June 10 before District Judge William Fullerton.
