The Butler County Humane Society received a large donation of supplies on Tuesday, June 4 from Mark Bowman, proprietor of Man With Tools LLC.

This marks the third consecutive year Bowman has made a large donation of supplies to the Butler County Humane Society, having previously done so in August 2023 and October 2022. The donation consisted of dog and cat food, office supplies, toys and other essentials.

Aside from his charitable giving to the Humane Society, Bowman has also constructed a box to safely dispose of worn-out American flags which are no longer fit for display. That box is now in front of the American Legion Post 117 parking lot on Main Street in Butler.
