Union High School
The Union High School graduation was held at 7 p.m. May 23 at the high school.
The student speakers were valedictorian Aleia Troup and salutatorian Makenzie Barger.
■ Aleia is the daughter of Erin and James Troup, of Sligo. She was a member of the National Honor Society, Outdoor Club, Art Club, Sports Club and the varsity volleyball team.
She plans to attend Westminster College to pursue a biology and pre-med program.
■ Makenzie is the daughter of Dale and Rhonda Barger, of Rimersburg. She was vice president of the National Honor Society, Outdoors Club and Travel Club; treasurer of Art Club; a member of Bots IQ, honors band, honors orchestra, jazz band, musical pit band, president of marching band, percussion ensemble, PennWest Clarion Symphony, Westminster Brass Extravaganza, Upward Bound and Rebekkah Lodge.
She plans to attend Gettysburg College to study music education.
Class officers are Gracie Gallagher, president; Luke Wilson, vice president, Ava Strauser, secretary; and Makenzie Barger, treasurer.
