BUFFALO TWP — Michael Norris of Saxonburg tuned up for this week’s Firecracker 100 by winning the Late Model feature Friday night at Lernerville Speedway.

Norris beat Ken Schaltenbrand to the checkered flag with Alex Ferree finishing third. All are expected to compete in this week’s Firecracker, which features 25-lap Late Model features Thursday and Friday night, follwed by the 100-lap main event on Saturday evening.

In other races Friday, Brandon Spithaler of Evans City won the Sprint feature, Rex King Jr. the Modified feature and Chris Schneider the Pro Stock feature.
