Joshua Allen Etzel, 19, of Butler passed away Sunday.

Born on Aug. 19, 1994, in Butler, he was the son of Chris Allen Etzel and Katrina Lynne (Spencer) Etzel.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Sydney Etzel of Butler; his grandparents, Mrs. Donna Etzel of Butler, Linda Hopper of Boyers and Thomas and Kathy Spencer of Port Orange, Fla.; and his numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Regis Etzel.
