In an effort to lower the energy costs of Butler County businesses, the Butler County Chamber of Commerce announced a partnership with Green Choice Energy Consulting.

The chamber said the partnership will allow it to collaborate with members and other businesses across Butler County to lower their energy costs by exploring competitive rates available for electricity, natural gas and sustainable energy solutions.

For every program participant, the chamber will receive a portion of revenue that will be directed toward the Community Reinvestment Fund, which was set up by the chamber to address socio-economic challenges within Butler County such as poverty alleviation, animal welfare, combating food insecurity, enhancing senior care facilities and more.
