The family of Antonette "Toni" Mariotti would like to extend our deepest thanks and gratitude to all our family and friends for their caring support during her time of illness, suffering, and passing into Eternal Life. Thank you to Father Dolan for his visits and providing spiritual support. We thank Peppers Flowers and Martin Funeral Home for making the days of viewing so beautiful and special.

We extend such appreciation to Dr. Samuels for his medical expertise and strong compassion for the delicate and suffering human spirit. Likewise, we thank Drs. Matthews and Fiorvanti for caring for our mother and wife. Additionally, we are very indebted to Lainey Rea, physician's assistant, during her time at Concordia. She exemplifies dedication, great skill, and a sympathetic heart.

Lastly, but certainly never least, to the family we've come to know and respect these past four years, the dedicated staff at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. For the Nurses, Aides, Physical Therapists, Restorative Care Specialists, Ministers, Social Services, Dietary Department, Accounting Department, Good Samartian Hospice, and all others we have considerable grateful hearts.
