The Litzes in 1961

Joseph and Dolores Litz of Butler celebrated 50 years of marriage with a family and friends dinner at Red Lobster.

Litz married the former Dolores Wagner on Oct. 7, 1961, at St. Paul Catholic Church.

They have three children, Susan Aldas of Mesquite, Texas, and Cindy Perri and David Litz, both of Butler.

They also have one granddaughter.

Litz is a retired pipe fitter for Local Union 47.Mrs. Litz is retired from Nationwide Insurance Co.The Litzes enjoy traveling, cruising, dining out and bicycling.They are members of St. Paul Catholic Church.
