Just the facts: Must-know-to-go information on the upcoming Butler Farm Show
The Butler Farm Show office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Gates open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tent Gate opens Monday through Friday at 3 p.m. and at Saturday at noon.
Daily admission starts at 8:30 a.m.
Adults and children 3 years and older: $10 per person
Children younger than 3 years of age can enter for free unless they want to ride the rides.
Admission includes parking, all exhibits, entertainment and grandstands, except for the figure 8 races and pickup derby on Thursday and the demolition derby Friday. For the figure 8 races and the derby, purchase a wristband for $5 at the grandstand, beginning at 5:30 p.m. There is a limited quantity sold.
Absolutely no admission refunds.
The show goes on — rain or shine.
The rides are closed for an hour on a rotating basis for safety inspections.
Wheelchairs will not be available this year at the farm show.
Available at Gate 1 (main entrance) and Gate 2 (airport entrance) on a first-come first-served basis.
No smoking in any barns/buildings
No alcoholic beverages, drugs, firearms, dogs or pets permitted on the grounds — only service dogs are admitted.
No laser pointers — lasers will be confiscated and the owner will be ejected.
All unauthorized vehicles, including golf carts, are not allowed on the midways of the Butler Farm Show between the hours of 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Bicycles, motor bikes/mini bikes of any kind (electric or gasoline), scooters, skateboards, and ATV/UTVs of any kind are not permitted on the grounds at any time.
The Butler Farm Show reserves the right to add, alter, reschedule or cancel any event deemed necessary. Events may not start at the exact listed times — when working with Mother Nature, people and animals, all times are subject to change.
