Jeffrey Spencer Jones, 73, passed away on Monday, Aug, 5, 2024, in Harmony.

Born to Pete and Peggy Jones in Bristol, Va., in 1951, Jeff spent his childhood with his brothers, Jay and Lloyd (Joe), in the South before moving to Western Pennsylvania.

After graduating high school, he attended Westminster University where he met Claudia Lee Jones (nee Miller). The two spent over 40 years building a life and a family together. He was a fiercely proud and loving father to his four children, Jeremy Orion (Stacy Evans), Cassidy Linden (Casey Shamey), Kelsey Morga and Mackenzie Meaghan (Aaron Eichler); and the absolute best grandfather to his four grandchildren, Zelie Jones, Kepler Jones, Thera Jones Shamey and Linden Shamey.

Jeff will be remembered as a fantastic storyteller, avid fisherman and a stranger to none. He will be dearly missed.

JONES — Friends of Jeffrey Spencer Jones, who died Monday, Aug, 5, 2024, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday with a service to follow at 11 a.m., at Calvin Presbyterian Church, 415 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, PA 16063, with the Rev A. David Paul officiating.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Calvin Presbyterian Church or Doctors Without Borders.

Arrangements have been entrusted to BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, Zelienople.
