Cranberry Township to hold annual ‘Slow Down’ campaign
As the end of summer approaches, Cranberry Township officials are once again reminding drivers to pump the brakes with its annual “Slow Down Campaign.”
Drivers should expect to see hundreds of campaign and radar speed signs urging them to slow down to make the streets safe for everyone.
The campaign coincides with Seneca Valley’s first day of school and will run for two weeks, from Aug. 22 through Sept. 5.
In addition to the signs, residents will see an increase in police patrols around high-traffic areas like schools, parks and residential zones.
