Levi McClellan shot a 36 and teammates Anthony Trombatt a 37 and Boden Lenyk a 39 to pace Butler’s boys golf team to a 193-206 victory over Kiski Area at Slippery Rock Golf Club on Monday.

It was the first win of the season for the Golden Tornado (1-4).

Max Mottura led the Cavaliers with a 39.

Freeport 209, Riverview 214 — The Yellowjackets edged the Raiders at Green Oaks Country Club, with Cam Zigo’s 39 leading the way.

Freeport improved to 3-0 on the season.

District 10, Region 2 — Slippery Rock received a 97 from Hudson Vice at Slippery Rock Golf Club. Also scoring for the Rockets were Isaac Rodgers (98), Ryan Parson (99) and Kolby Schooley (99) as Slippery Rock finished with 393 strokes on 18 holes.

Hickory placed first with 331 strokes.

KSAC Mega Match 2 — A-C Valley/Union placed fourth out of nine teams at Clarion Oaks Golf Course.

Joe Rapp shot a 40 for the Falcon Knights.

Chloe Fritch carded a 40 for Karns City while Connor Ealy had a 46 for Moniteau.

Clarion won as a team with 211 strokes, led by Kam Kerle’s 36.
