Geraldine E. Henry, 74, of Rew, McKean County, formerly of Butler, passed away Wednesday at the Pavilion at the Bradford Regional Medical Center.

She was born on June 28, 1940, in Greensburg, the daughter of the late Stephen and Sarah Keough Reeves.

She was a 1958 graduate of Jeannette High School, Jeanette.

On Aug. 24, 1963, in the former St. Barbara's Catholic Church in Claridge, she married Herbert F. Henry Jr., who survives.

She was employed as the dietary manager for Fair Winds Manor in Sarver until her retirement in 1996.

She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.

She was a former member of a bowling league in Natrona Heights and a past den mother for the Cub Scouts.

She enjoyed sitting and watching the wildlife in her backyard, and she loved to spend time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband of 51 years, Herbert Henry Jr. of Rew, she also is survived by two sons, Michael P. Henry of Bradford and Brian S. (Colette) Henry of Smethport; two grandsons, Bryce Henry and Dominic Henry, both of Smethport; four granddaughters, Courtney Henry of Bradford, Brianna Henry of Smethport, Mikayla Henry of Bradford and Alexis Henry of Smethport; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Shari Lynn Henry; one brother, John Paul Reeves; two sisters, Carena McGrath and Patricia Sanders; one niece, Kay McGrath; and one nephew, Ross Marusak.

HENRY — Visitation for Geraldine E. Henry, who died Wednesday, April 29, 2015, will be from 4 to 7 p.m. on Monday at the Mascho Funeral Home in Bradford.Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Rev.
