Frank J. Lukosky
Frank J. Lukosky, 79, of Butler died at 5:34 p.m. Tuesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born March 2, 1925, in Springdale, he was the son of Andrew and Mary Janos Lukosky.
He was a former member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Cabot.
Mr. Lukosky retired as a printer from Graphic Communications International Union. He also was an accomplished amateur artist.
He served in the Army during World War II.
Surviving are a brother, and sister-in-law, Leo and Helen Lukosky of Cabot; three nieces, Barbara Obringer of Colorado Springs, Colo., Linda Woiewodski of Lower Burrell and Mary McAllister of Butler; a nephew, Robert Blumling of Pittsburgh; four grandnieces; a grandnephew; and two great-grandnieces.
Preceding him in death were four sisters, Helen Wilkosz, Bridget Brodka, Violet Blumling and Sophie Tolomei.
LUKOSKY - There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial for Frank J. Lukosky, who died Tuesday, March 30, 2004, will be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at St Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Cabot, with the Rev. John Getsy, O.F.M Cap., officiating.
