Florence Parker

Florence “Judy” Parker, 67, of Mars passed away suddenly on Thursday at UPMC Passavant.

She was born Jan. 21, 1945, in Butler, the daughter of the late Walter G. and Anita (Phillips) Reinhold.

Judy was a member of the Old Union Presbyterian Church in Mars. She enjoyed dancing, swimming, fishing and volunteering at the Lighthouse.

Surviving are her daughter, Melissa Becker of Evans City; and two sisters, Patricia Edinger of Illinois and Gloria Capicotto of Butler.

Also preceding her in death was her brother, Donald Reinhold.

PARKER — A memorial service for Florence “Judy” Parker, who died Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, will be at the Old Union Presbyterian Church, 200 Union Church Road, Mars, at 7 p.m. Tuesday with her pastor, the Rev. Peter C. de Vries, officiating.Contributions may be made in Judy’s memory to the Lighthouse Foundation, 1302 E.
