For the eighth year, the Friends of the Bantam Jeep Association will award financial gifts to Butler County nonprofit organizations.

The program has awarded more than $160,000 to organizations in the community since 2016, and in total, the group has given away $344,000 in financial gifts and donations to nonprofit partners.

Butler County nonprofit organizations must apply online at www.bantamjeepfestival.com/financial-gift-application, and applications must be received no later than 5 p.m. Oct. 31.

In the application, organizations must provide proof of nonprofit 501(c)(3) status and explain in 500 words or less how they benefit the community and how any potential funds received will be used.
