Elizabeth A. “Betty” Scheutzow, 74, of Penn-Mar Plaza, Mars, formerly of Altoona, died Friday morning at her home.

Born in Altoona on May 13, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Gordon and Bernadette O'Neill Zeak.

Betty had been an X-ray technician at the Cleveland Clinic and was a member of St. Kilian Catholic Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Christine Brennan and her husband, James, of Gibsonia; and her grandchildren, Emily, Cole and Sean Brennan.

SCHEUTZOW — Friends of Elizabeth A. “Betty” Scheutzow, who died Friday, Jan. 1, 2015, will be received at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday.A Mass of Christian burial will be in St. Kilian Church, corner of Clark and Cherry streets, Mars, at 11:30 a.m. Monday, with the Rev. Charles Bober, pastor, officiating.
