Fox’s Pizza Den, located at 505 Hansen Ave. in Butler, announced its last day of business was Saturday, Sept. 21, according to owners Travis and Kylie Shirley.

In a news release the owners posted to the business’s Facebook page Saturday, the husband-and-wife owners said they have fought hard to keep the business going, but it has been “financially impossible to continue.”

They said they have not been able to find a buyer for the business at this time.

“We want to take the moment to thank each and every one of you who’ve supported us through this tough time,” the Shirleys wrote. “You’re loyalty has meant everything, and we’re incredibly grateful. Hopefully someday, another franchisee will step in and reopen here.”
