Lloyd Sr. and Margret Rettig of Butler will celebrate 60 years of marriage with a family dinner.

The former Margret Raskovsky married Rettig on Aug. 31, 1945, in Providence, R.I.

They have four children, Bill Rettig of Wheeling, W.Va.; Terry Rettig of Butler; Paula Wheeler of Charleston, S.C.; and Mark Rettig of Clarkston, Mich.

They also have five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Rettig is retired from the Hot Dog Shop in Butler.

Mrs. Rettig is a retired guard from the Butler County Prison.

The couple belongs to St. Mark’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Butler.
