Walk in Faith Ministries is hosting Broken Places, a new recovery group, at 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays at 581 Hansen Ave.

The group will address addiction, sexuality, abuse and physical or mental personality disorders.

All Christians are invited to join together at 7 p.m. Sunday at North Main Street Church of God, 1201 N. Main St., in praise, worship and prayer at this month’s Concert of Prayer.

All churches are invited to participate.

[naviga:h3]Presbyterians band together[/naviga:h3]

“A Celebration of Music” will be presented by Butler area Presbyterian churches at 7 p.m. Sunday at Trinity Presbyterian Church, 107 Staley Ave.

For the first time in years, area Presbyterian churches are joining together in a musical celebration. It will include a joint choir of nearly 40 people, a large handbell choir, a praise band, bagpipes and bluegrass music with banjos, guitars and fiddles

Refreshments will follow. An offering will benefit the Refreshing Springs Ministry in Aliquippa.

CABOT — The Amani Children’s Choir from Uganda will perform at 7 p.m. Friday at Cabot United Methodist Church, 707 Winfield Road.

An offering will be taken.

[naviga:h3]Circle of Friends choirs to perform[/naviga:h3]

ZELIENOPLE — The Circle of Friends Choirs will present a concert at 7 p.m. Sunday at St Peter’s Reformed Church, 320 E. Grandview Ave.

An offering will be taken for Mission 22, an organization helping veterans suffering from post-trauma stress disorder and their families.
