GREENSBURG — Salem Township supervisors will hold a meeting where residents can get more information about a massive natural gas pipeline explosion last month.

Officials from the township, Westmoreland County’s emergency management team and Spectra Energy, the Houston company that owns the pipeline and several others that run through the township, will be present Wednesday night.

The April 29 blast scorched 40 acres in the rural township, seriously burning a man whose home was destroyed in the blast.
