Connie Prokopchak, 90, of Renfrew, passed away on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024.

She was born in Butler on March 13, 1934, to the late William and Mary (Niggel) Faulk.

Connie was a member of St. Conrad Catholic Church, Christian Mothers and Esquire Club. She volunteered at the church, St. Vincent de Paul and Butler Symphony.

Connie was the beloved wife of the late George Prokopchak, whom she was married to for 60 years; mother of Perrian (Edward) Upton, Lauren (Paul) Casolo and Kenn (Lisa) Prokopchak; and grandmother of Samantha Casolo. She is also survived by Kristin Hofer Bearer, who was like a daughter; and Donna Esper, who was like a sister.

Along with her parents and husband, Connie was preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Faulk and Nancy Gillott.

PROKOPCHAK — All services for Connie Prokopchak, who died Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
