Arthur Sr. and Clara Marbell celebrated 60 years of marriage with a reception at Creative Catering in Butler on

May 15.

The former Clara Attenberg married Marbell on May 15, 1944, at the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Pittsburgh.

They have two children, Eileen Roxbury and Arthur Marbell Jr., both of Prospect. They also have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Marbell is retired from the Butler Veterans Affairs Medical Center.

Mrs. Marbell is a homemaker.

The couple attends Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Prospect.
