4:30 p.m. Feb 17 An SUV driven by Luanne Russell, 44, of Pittsburgh crashed into a parked pickup truck owned by Shawn Wedlock of Renfrew at the corner of North Washington and West Brady streets. Russell suffered a minor injury.

7:07 a.m. Thursday A vehicle driven by Benjamin Bennett, 26, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Colt Filges, 19, of Butler collided at the intersection of Route 422 and Route 8. No injuries were reported.6:21 p.m. Wednesday A vehicle driven by Michael Vlassick, 41, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Timothy McCreary, 56, of Butler collided at the entrance to Get-Go on North Main Street. McCreary was taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital with minor injuries. Vlassick was charged with driving under the influence, driving at unsafe speed and careless driving.April 4 Tina Gibson, 32, of Butler was charged with theft of services after she allegedly ordered $20 worth of food from D'Anthony's Pizza in Lyndora, was unable to pay at the time, and never paid later.

11:02 p.m. March 27 Brandon Robert Braurers, 18, James Gregory Jenkins, 18, and a 17-year-old boy, all from Kittanning, each were charged with underage drinking after beer was allegedly found in their car during a traffic stop on Route 268 near Linde Aire Road in North Buffalo Township. Jenkins also was charged with driving under suspension, while Braurers also was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
