One item is a locket that contained the pictures of two small children.Police are trying to locate the owner of the jewelry. Monday — Police reported that the owner of the Vin-Joe Inn on Route 38 in Summit Township was charged with serving alcohol to a minor.Officers for the Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement filed the charges, which could result in fines between $50 and $1,000, and a possible license suspension or revocation.
