5:04 p.m. Wednesday — Nicholas J. Rodgers, 18, of Butler was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after police stopped the vehicle he was riding in on North Jackson Street. Police report seeing Rodgers and a second passenger snorting something inside the vehicle. The other passenger was dropped off before police stopped the vehicle. During a search, police found two baggies containing marijuana, a pack of incense matches, transparent rolling papers and a $20 bill rolled into a tube in Rodgers' pockets. A glass marijuana pipe also was found under the passenger seat of the vehicle. Rodgers told police the $20 bill was used to snort Ritalin. No drugs or drug paraphernalia was found on the driver.

7:55 a.m. Friday — A vehicle driven by Adam Wehman, 26, of Portersville hit a ditch off Heinz Camp Road in Slippery Rock Township before rolling onto the driver's side. The driver was wearing a seat belt and was not injured.
