The Cranberry Township supervisors took the following official actions Thursday night:

Approved a land development and conditional use application for a storage facility at 20745 Route 19.

Granted conditional use and land development for a meat market at 20865 Route 19.

Approved the division of Park Place Phase 8 into a 91-unit Phase 8A and a 60-unit Phase 8B.

Allowed a change order for MSA Thruway construction to extend the time for grass remediation and concrete repairs until spring 2022.

Approved a $12,841.88 payment to Metarko Excavating for the Harvest Drive sanitary sewer extension.

Approved the fourth of a five-year contract with America’s Cleaning Co. for housekeeping at the municipal building in the amount of $92,983.16.

Permitted the following purchases:

n $45,064 to Shults Ford for a 2021 Ford F-150 for the police department.

n $18,000 to Partridge Venture Engineering for design and permitting of the Peters Road water line replacement

n $36,500 to Partridge Venture Engineering for design and permitting of the Greenwood Drive water line relocation and storm sewer replacement

Accepted Captain Lee Boss Way and part of Bucktail Drive, both of the Park Place development, into the public roads system.

Renewed an agreement with Delta Development for focusing on public funding strategies and implementation and the administration of federal road grants.
