The Marion Township Youth Association was chosen as the beneficiary of a community grant from the "Lowe's Hero's" program.

The association received $1,500 in supplies to improve our softball and baseball fields as well as our community park.

Beyond the generosity of the Lowe's store, 11 employees donated a day of their own time to complete work projects that were chosen. Those 11 employees made a huge difference for our community.

We would like to express appreciation for Lowe's support and give a special thank-you to Rhonda Maples of the Lowe's Human Services Department for all her extra effort in coordinating this event.
