The Friends of the Library Book Sale will be held for three days this week.

The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3; 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4; and 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 5, at the Butler Area Public Library, 218 N. McKean St., Butler.

Paperbacks will be 50 cents and hardcover books $1 each.

On Saturday, shoppers can bring a bag and stuff it with books for $5.

Cash and checks will be accepted for payment. All proceeds benefit the library.
