Joseph M. Viehbeck, 52, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 26 with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Ryan Lenigan, 30, of Pittsburgh had his case held to court. He was charged Jan. 15 with retail theft.

Evans city District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Robert Thomas Ondick, 46, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 28 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Lynette Renee Heller, 38, of Butler waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 27 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving.Robert F. Marte, 51, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 9 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Raymond Lee Gamble Jr., 55, of Butler had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 19 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Eric Allen Cooper, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged March 9 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Jamie S. Strezeski, 46, of Mars had her case held to court. She was charged March 5 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.Anthony John Martello Jr., 24, of Wexford waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 21 by Adams Township police with aggravated assault, driving under the influence of alcohol, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving.Eric Hoffman, 61, of Valencia waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 24 by Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.
