Police find no sign of foul play

STATE COLLEGE — Authorities say the death of a Penn State student who was found unresponsive in his room may have been substance-related.

Police were called Saturday to a residence where they found Nicholas Snyder, 23. Police say there were no signs of foul play.

The coroner’s office conducted an autopsy, but the cause of death was deferred pending toxicology results.
