Polly Brookbank

Polly L. Brookbank, 69, of Butler passed away on Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024, at AHN Wexford.

Born Feb. 27, 1955, in Butler, she was the daughter of the late Henry L. and the late Imogene (Chambers) Johnson.

Polly was a graduate of Butler High School and worked for the Butler Area School District as a van monitor. She attended First United Methodist Church in Butler, volunteered for God's Country Cafe and the church community meals, and enjoyed crocheting.

She is survived by her brother, Steven Johnson of Renfrew, and four nieces.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, her sister, a niece, and a nephew.

BROOKBANK — Per her wishes, there will be no public visitation for Polly L. Brookbank, who died Thursday, Oct. 17, 2024.

She will be laid to rest at Butler County Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Butler County Humane Society, 1027 Evans City Road, Renfrew, PA 16053.

Arrangements have been entrusted to THOMPSON-MILLER FUNERAL HOME, 124 E. North St., Butler.
