Albert C. Dietrich

Albert C. Dietrich, 82, of Sarver died Friday at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

Born July 22, 1922, in Dorseyville, he was the son of Charles A. and Martha C. Keck Dietrich.

He retired in 1984 as a mechanic at Butler County Ford after 40 years. He was also a lifelong farmer and enjoyed hunting and gardening.

Mr. Dietrich was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver.

Surviving are a son, Daniel Dietrich of Stoneboro; four daughters, Mrs. Daniel (Susan) Marcinko, Mrs. Fred (Karen) Pierce and Ms. Janet Dietrich, all of Sarver, and Mrs. Leslie (Barbara) Harvey of Cabot; and a brother and sister, David C. Dietrich and Mrs. Wilbert (Louise) Mowry, both of Butler. Three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceding him in death were his wife, Helen E. Wagner Dietrich, who died May 6, 2003, and a brother.

DIETRICH - Friends of Albert C. Dietrich, who died Friday, March 18, 2005, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday atFOX FUNERAL HOME, 410 W. Main St., Saxonburg. Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 409 Sarver Road, Sarver, with the Rev. Emery Barnett officiating. Burial will follow in Sarverville Cemetery.Memorial donations may be made to the St. Paul's Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 128, Sarver, PA 16055.
