CRANBERRY TWP — A Slippery Rock man faces three charges related to accusations that he exposed himself and masturbated while following a woman inside Wal-Mart in the township.

According to district court documents, Stephen Michael Netz, 25, is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, and disorderly conduct creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition.

Police reports allege that on Jan. 5, Netz was following a woman in the store with his genitals exposed and at the same time masturbating. Netz fled but his actions were recorded on store security cameras and he was witnessed by store employees fleeing in a car.

Netz was arrested on Jan 9 in Ross Township, Allegheny County, after he was allegedly caught exposing himself and masturbating in front of a different woman inside another store. In that case, he is charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct.
