The following items were collected from various police departments:

Butler

Sept. 30 — Joseph M. Musick, 57, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief related to a Sept. 10 incident on Euclid Avenue. Police said Musick intentionally hit someone’s truck with a wrench.

Buffalo Twp

Sept. 30 — Vincent G. Vogel, 22, of Sarver, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to a Sept. 29 incident on Elliott Road. Police said Vogel punched and kicked his son and pushed his wife, after they confronted him over angrily breaking items throughout their house. Police said they saw injuries to the son’s forearm and elbow.

Butler Twp

Oct. 2 — Logan McPeak, 19, of Butler, was charged with felony theft and misdemeanor counts of prowling and theft related to an Aug. 5 incident at the Moraine Commons Apartment Complex. Police said McPeak stole a vehicle from the complex, and officers found it later that day at Cal’s General Store in Portersville.

2:31 p.m. Sept. 26 — Police responded to a two-vehicle crash on the Route 422 ramp. Police said Rachel Smith, 22, of Evans City, drove her vehicle into the rear of one driven by Kenneth Fry, 67, of Butler. Police said no one was injured, and Smith’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Sept. 23 — Patrick H. Brahim, 29, of Butler, was charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct related to a late night fight July 13 in the GetGo parking lot. Police said upon arrival they saw two men wrestling on the ground, and witnesses later noted Brahim as the aggressor in the altercation.

Sept. 23 — Justin X. Selfridge, 30, of Indiana, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor counts of theft from a vehicle related to an Aug. 24 reported theft on Rural Drive. Police said the alleged victims reported $20 and a $500 pair of sunglasses were stolen. Police said while investigating Selfridge in a different theft case in the area, they noticed the stolen sunglasses on his head in surveillance footage.

Cranberry Twp

Oct. 2 — Maximilian J. Malloy, 31, of Baden, Beaver County, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Sept. 22 traffic stop on Powell Road. Police said field sobriety tests showed Malloy was impaired. Police said Malloy initially agreed to a blood draw but later retracted the permission.

Oct. 2 — Dylan N. Wyse, 29, and Lyndsie M. Gillis, 35, both of Mars, were charged with misdemeanor counts of conspiracy and false ID to an officer related to a May 29 traffic stop on Route 228. Police said Wyse was driving the vehicle, and during the stop, the couple lied about his identity. Police said after about 20 to 30 minutes, Wyse came clean about his name, and officers discovered his license was suspended.

Oct. 1 — Diana C. Paredes-Rodriquez, 39, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor retail theft related to a Sept. 21 incident at Walmart. Police said Paredes-Rodriquez tried to steal groceries valued at $187.

Oct. 1 — Charles E. Little, 59, of Baden, was charged with misdemeanor leaving the scene of a crash related to a reported hit-and-run on Route 19. Police said the caller gave the vehicle’s description and license plate number. Police said they pulled over Little in the described vehicle, and they found damage on the truck consistent with the crash. Police said Little was uninsured at the time of the crash.

Oct. 1 — Jill A. Serold, 51, of Cranberry Township, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a July 28 single-vehicle crash on Hillmont Drive. Police said Serold’s vehicle left the road and hit a tree. Police said field sobriety tests showed she was impaired, and a later blood test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.278%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Sept. 24 — Cameron J. Harris, 36, of Prospect, was charged with misdemeanor carrying of a gun without a license related to a Sept. 18 traffic stop on Route 228. Police said during the stop, officers discovered Harris had a warrant for his arrest. Police said during the arrest, they found a pistol in his pocket.

Middlesex Twp

Sept. 23 — James Szakos, 68, of Irwin, Westmoreland County, was charged with misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident related to a May 28 two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Routes 8 and 228. Police said Szakos drove a water tanker truck into the rear driver’s side of another vehicle and then fled.

Slippery Rock

Sept. 30 — Laci R. King, 20, of Allentown, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Sept. 21 traffic stop on West Cooper Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed King was impaired, and a later breath test showed her blood-alcohol content at 0.152%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Sept. 30 — Daniel R. Leflar, 28, of Slippery Rock, was charged with misdemeanor DUI related to a Sept. 10 traffic stop on East Water Street. Police said field sobriety tests showed Leflar was impaired, and a later breath test showed his blood-alcohol content at 0.174%. In Pennsylvania, 0.08% is the legal limit.

Sept. 30 — Elaina M. Hiddeman, 25, of Ridley Park, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault related to a Sept. 22 incident on West Cooper Street. Police said during an argument, Hiddeman hit her boyfriend multiple times in the face.
