WEST SUNBURY — The West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department will sponsor the Christmas in West Sunbury Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at the fire department, 772 Hall Road.

The admission fee includes one entry into the door prize drawing.

HARMONY — The Harmony Museum's 2013 WeihnachtsMarkt German-style Christmas market will be from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the museum, 218 Mercer St.The event will include 50 artisans and specialty vendors, museum quilters and weavers and musical groups.Among the vendors will be merchants offering German and other European imported goods, antiques and tastings of wine and beer.There will be food, children's activities at a log house, displays of the museum's model railroad and horse-drawn wagon rides through the Harmony National Historic Landmark District.Musical performers will include Alpen Schuhplattlers of the Pittsburgh Teutonia Mannerchor, Burke's Bavarian Brass, Pittsburgh Swiss Singers, Augsburg German Band and the Mad Bavarian. The Acme Tunes hammered dulcimer ensemble will play several sets Saturday in the museum's Stewart Hall.

PROSPECT — Prospect Borough/Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department will host a holiday craft and gift show from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 16 at the Prospect Fire Hall.The show includes a Chinese auction. Food will be available.Potential vendors can call Jody at 724-865-9570.Admission is free, and proceeds will benefit the Propect Borough/Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department.

MARS — Grace Youth and Family Foundation of Butler will host a fundraising pasta dinner and silent auction from 3 to 7 p.m. Nov. 17 at Old Union Presbyterian Church, 200 Union Church Road.The event will help Jack McKenna in his fight against cancer.

SAXONBURG — There will be a bone marrow screening drive from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 17 at Saxonburg Memorial Presbyterian Church's fellowship hall, 100 W. Main St.Those between 18 and 44 years old need just a cheek swab to join the registry.
