Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., has in its collection Asian art and pieces of German Meissen porcelain. Gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, except holidays. Admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8. Guided tours are available with advanced notice for no extra charge. Carnegie Museum of Art, 4400 Forbes Ave., presents the Neapolitan Presepio and theme decorated 20-foot Colorado spruces through Monday and “Silver to Steel: The Modern Designs of Peter Muller-Munk” through March 14. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays and Wednesday through Saturdays with extended hours until 8 p.m. Thursdays and from noon to 5 p.m. Sundays; closed Tuesdays and major holidays. Museum admission is $19.95 for adults, $14.95 for senior citizens age 65 and older, $11.95 for students with ID and children ages 3 to 18, and free for children younger than 3, and includes the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. Society for Contemporary Craft, 2100 Smallman St., is hosting “Crafted,” its annual exhibition of handmade functional ceramics which is meant to encourage people to reflect on the relationship between the food we consume and the objects that hold it.
