The 21st annual Area Artists Exhibit opens Friday and continues through Oct. 6 in the Pew Fine Arts Center.Opening festivities are 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. Admission is free. The exhibition features paintings, drawings, pottery, mixed media, sculptures and photography.Hours are noon to 4 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturdays.
The Celebrity Series hosts The Midtown Men, four stars from the original cast of “Jersey Boys” today.The show is at 7:30 p.m. in Orr Auditorium. Tickets are $33 to $49.The next performance will be by LeAnn Rimes on Oct. 11. Tickets are $45 to $65.
