The Art Center, 344 S. Main St., offers the following classes:

• World Art Crafts, all ages, 4:30 to 6 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 25 to March 14, members $60 and nonmembers $84.

Students will work at their own levels and take home projects each week.

• Drawing for Adults, 2 to 4 p.m. Saturdays through March 17, members $90 and nonmembers $126.

This class is geared toward the adults who “can’t draw a straight line with a ruler,” but who have always wanted to be able to draw well.

• Make It in Clay, all ages, noon to 2 p.m. Saturdays through March 17, members $100 and nonmembers $136 (pay as you go is available).

Students will learn slab and coil construction. Continuing ceramic students have the option to carry on with their current projects or jump in at any time to begin the new project schedule.

• Fabric Fun, age 10 and older, 4:30 to 6 p.m. Thursdays from Jan. 26 to March 15, members $60 and nonmembers $84.

This class will work on dying fabrics, hand embroidery, weaving, fabric painting, stenciling, fabric fusing and learning how to use fabric enhancements such as jewels and beads. One project will be made.

• Ceramics, young adult and older, 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesdays from Jan. 25 to March 14, members $90 and nonmembers $125.50.

Learn the basic techniques of working with clay and complete several projects to take home.
